Ingredients

  • 1 pkg hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 1-16 oz container sour cream
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 c. melted butter, divided

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients togethe in a mixing bowl, saving 1/8 cup of melted butter to the side. Spray 9x13" baking dish and put in ingredients and pour the remaining 1/8 cup butter on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown. Let cool for a couple minutes until the mixture is no longer soupy.
