One Dish Chicken and Stuffing Bake

Ingredients
- 1/4 boiling water
- 1/2 tablespoon margarine or butter, melted
- 2 cups Pepperidge Farm cubed herb seasoned stuffing
- 4 skinless boneless chicken breast halves
- Paprika
- 1/2 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley or 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes

Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix water and margarine. Add stuffing. mix lightly.
2. Spoon stuffing across center of 3 quart shallow baking dish, leaving space on both sides for chicken. Arrange chicken on each side of stuffing. Sprinkle paprika over chicken.
3. Mix soup, milk and parsley. Pour over chicken.
4. Cover and bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 minutes more or until chicken is no longer pink.
