Honey Balsamic Roasted Fruit 1 Picture

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound strawberries, hulled and sliced in half
  • 2 nectarines, pitted and cut into chunks
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

1.Preheat oven to 375F.
2.Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss well to combine.
3.Spread the mixture out on a sheet pan and place in the oven.
4.Roast for 30 minutes.
5.Let cool for a few minutes.
6.Serve with greek yogurt (plain, vanilla or honey), some low fat vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt of all by its lonesome!
