Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 cup or so oil
- extra spices
- cube steaks or sirloin my favorite
- salt
- buttermilk

Step 1
combine flour and pepper and season meat with whatever you like and dredge in the flour then in buttermilk and then flour again, I repeat the whole process twice and end in flour- heat oil and fry meat to brown-don't turn to much! I removed the steaks and added some butter and flour to make roux and add gravy mix whisked in some milk and put steaks back in and cover and cook slow-if making a lot you can put in oven and cook slow
