Ingredients
- 15 oz can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 15 oz can whole kernel corn, drained
- 4 large tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 1 large green pepper, chopped
- 2 bunches green onions, chopped
- 2 large cloves garlic, chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 T. olive oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cumin
- Up to 1/3 c. chopped cilantro, to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together and let sit in refrigerator to blend. Serve with tortillas chips, Fritos, etc. Keeps well.
