Ingredients
- 2 pounds small red potatoes, washed and quartered
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine, melted
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Coat a 9- x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except parsley; mix well.
Pour into prepared baking dish, and bake 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 hours, or until potatoes are fork-tender. Sprinkle with parsley, and serve.
