Ingredients
- 1 pound of Calamari Rings
- 11 oz. Semolina flour
- 11 oz. regular flour
- 1 liter of vit d milk or heavy cream
- salt

Preparation
Step 1
place the squid in a large bowl. Pour in the milk and let them soften for 15 minutes.
After 15 mins. drain the squid. Coat the squid with the flour doing a couple at a time. Now heat seed oil in a large frying pan till hot and boiling. fry till golden brown, but dont cook for too long. approximately 2-3 mins. remove from pan with a slotted spoon. drain oil on paper towels and salt for taste.
Serve with lemon wedges and cocktail sauce.
