I've been on a chicken fajita kick lately!
to 1 1/3 I sauteed onion till almost caramelized and then add green pepper strips and when chicken is done I slice it up, add to pan and add 1 package of Ortega Fajita Mix with 1/3 cup water and heat through.

Oh, they are just soooo delicious. Try them if you like fajita's!!!!! Quick and easy, easy, easy!! They are great reheated as leftovers right out of the fridge. I just make up whatever is left and roll them up individually and wrap in saran wrap!! I use the biggest tortillas available and they are just yummy!!
