Guacamole

Ingredients

• 2 avocados
• 1 small tomato, diced small
• 1 small onion, diced small
• 1/2 T. ground pepper blend
• 1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
• 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
• Juice from 1/2 lime

Preparation

Step 1

Mash avocado meat with fork in a bowl; add all the other mixture to taste. If you want to save some of this dip for later it works best if you put Saran Wrap down iin the bowl, touching the mixture to cover, otherwise it will turn black quickly. You can use this as a dip with tortilla chips or as a garnish.
