Ingredients

1 C shortening
2 eggs
2 C brown sugar
2/3 C milk
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
5-6 C flour

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients. Refrigerate dough overnight. Roll out dough and cut out shapes. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350°F for 9-11 minutes or until lightly browned.
