VINAIGRETTE****Asian Vinaigrette

03/08/14 - Good for both. I served it on a salad with romaine, avocado, chicken, fried flour tortilla strips and toasted almonds. It would have liked a mandarin orange too, fresh or canned.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons lime juice + zest
- 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/2 - 1 teaspoon Sambal Oelek or Sriracha
- 1 tablespoon Hoisin Sauce
- 2 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. grated fresh ginger
- 1 tsp. grated fresh turmeric, if on hand
