Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 1 lb)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. spicy brown mustard
- 4 cups hot cooked rice

Preparation
Step 1
Heat the butter in a 10" skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until it's well browned on both sides.
stir in the soup, mayonnaise, honey and mustard in the skillet and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
Serve with the rice.
