Ingredients
- 3 Cups of mixed beans
- 2 Shallots, minced
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
- freshly ground pepper
- 2/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 pound haricots verts
- 1 red pepper, diced
- 1 yellow pepper, diced
