Ingredients
- 2 cups finely shredded green cabbage
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1/2 (4-oz.) can diced green chilies
- 1 (14-oz.) can Mexi-corn, drained
- 3/4 cup Ranch dressing
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 cup shredded low fat Cheddar cheese

Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, toss together cabbage, onion, green chilies and corn. In a small bowl, whisk together Ranch dressing, lime juice and cumin; add to salad and toss. Top with cheese and chill.
