Ingredients
- 1 cup of soft butter(2 sticks)
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon Expresso instant coffee powder
- 1/4 cup of cocoa powder, Hershey's
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1 3/4 cup of all-purpose flour, do not sift
- 1 1/2 cups of chopped pecans,(can use hazelnuts, coconut, walnuts)
- powdered sugar to coat

Preparation
Step 1
Soften the butter, stir in nuts, add all other ingredients. Form 1 inch balls, there are 12 to a cookie sheet, place onto a greased cookie sheet and bake 325° oven for 12 to 15 min. Until set ,move to rack to cool dip in the powdered sugar. Can also use, milk chocolate. You can also roll them in sweetened chocolate, Gharadella's chocolate. Makes 3 to 4 dozen ,store cookies in a cookie jar.
