No Crust Cheese Cake

You can add canned pie fillings to the top of cheese cake if you want or serve plane Can freeze well

Ingredients
- 2 pkg 8 oz cream cheese room temp
- 2/3 C plus 3 TBS sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- Topping 1 8 oz sour cream

Preparation
Step 1
Beat together cream cheese 2/3 C sugar eggs and 1/2 tsp vanill until smooth. Spray 9 inch pan pour into pan. Bake in preheated over 350 degree for 20-35 mins til puffy and lite brown around edges. Center will spring back to touch. Cool at room temp at least 20 mins. Will sink slightly. Thorough mix together sour cream, 3 TBS sugar and 1 tsp vanilla. Spreadt over top of cake stopping 1/2 inch from edge Bake 350 for 15-20 mins. Serve plain or with fruit topping
