- 4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1 Onion, Thinly Sliced
- Mushrooms, Sliced
- 1 C Sour Cream
- 1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 3/4 C Sherry Cooking Wine
- White Rice

Step 1
Brown the chicken in butter in a skillet. Put in a 9x13 pan. Put sliced mushrooms and onions on top of chicken. Mix soup, wine and sour cream. Pour over chicken. Cook in oven; uncovered at 400 degrees for 40 - 50 minutes. Start rice after chicken had baked for 30 minutes. Serve chicken over rice.
