Ingredients
- Flank Steak
- Garlic
- Soy Sauce
- Butter
- Pepper
- 1 Onion, Chopped & Sauteed in butter
- 4 C Cooked White Rice
- 1 C Parmesan Cheese
- 1 C Parsley
- 1 Can Beef Broth

Preparation
Step 1
Steak Preparation (both sides): Score in diamonds. Rub butter, garlic, soy sauce, and pepper.
Mix Together: Rice, parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic and sauteed onions.
Put this mixture onto flank steak. Roll steak and tie together jelly roll fashion. Place into baking dish and put remaining rice in dish. Pour beef broth on top of steak and rice. Bake 325 degrees for 45 - 60 minutes.
