Pepper
Potatoes
Carrots

Preparation

Step 1

Brown roast with olive oil on stove top. Add seasoning as browning. If putting in a crock pot start warming crock pot while browning. Add roast and chopped onions to crock pot after browning or add water to pot on stove. If on stove don't add onions. Simmer for 1 1/2 - 3 hours depending on size of roast. Add carrrot and potatoes about halfway through. Serve with gravy.
