Ingredients

  • 2 cups 2 cups white sugar
  • 4 4 eggs
  • 1 cup 1 cup oil
  • 2 cups 2 cups canned pumpkin
  • 2 cups 2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp 2 tsp cinammon
  • 1 tsp 1 tsp allspice

Preparation

Step 1

Mix oil, sugar, eggs and pumpkin.

Sift together dry ingredients.

Gently fold in with wet ingredients.

Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.

This cake will make usually 3 - pie plate sized cakes or 8x8 pans.
