PUMPKIN CAKE
This is an amazing cake - everyone who tastes it loves it... thinks it is Carrot cake ... and they are fooled every time... Recipe came from Aunty Suzie of course

Ingredients
- 2 cups 2 cups white sugar
- 4 4 eggs
- 1 cup 1 cup oil
- 2 cups 2 cups canned pumpkin
- 2 cups 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp 2 tsp cinammon
- 1 tsp 1 tsp allspice

Preparation
Step 1
Mix oil, sugar, eggs and pumpkin.
Sift together dry ingredients.
Gently fold in with wet ingredients.
Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
This cake will make usually 3 - pie plate sized cakes or 8x8 pans.
