Festive Casserole

Ingredients

• Casserole:
• 1 package Morningstar sausage links
• 12 slices bread, cubed
• 2 C cheddar cheese
• 1 Cup salsa
• 4 eggs
• 3/4 cup milk
• Salad:
• 9 oz bag spinage
• small can mandarin oranges, drained
• 2 oz. sliced almonds
• dressing

Preparation

Step 1

Cook sausage according to pkg. directions. Slice thinly. Plac on bottom of 13 by 9 casserole dish. To with bread cubes. Cover with cheese. Beat salsa, eggs and milk together. Pour over bread and cheese. Cover and refrigerate for 2 or more hours. Bake and 350 for 45 minutes.

Combine spinach, oranges and almonds in bowl. Serve with dressing.
