Ingredients
- 2-1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp baking powder
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1 cup water with 3 Tbsp skim milk powder
- 1/2 cup wheat bran
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all dry ingredients together. Add a handful of berries if desired.
Mix oil and prepared milk and add to dry mixture. Mix to make a soft dough.
Knead gently 5 times.
Put on baking sheet that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Flatten and shape into a 9 inch piece.
Bake at 375F for 20 minutes.
