Ingredients
- Topping:
- 3 cups flour
- 1 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 pkgs butterscotch chips (6oz bags)
- 3 T butter
- 3 T water
- 1/2 cup white syrup

Preparation
Step 1
Mix together flour, butter, brown sugar and salt. Put into jelly roll pan and bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.
Melt butterscotch chips, butter, water and syrup over hot water and add 3 cups Spanish peanuts. Spread over top of first layer and bake more minutes at 375 degrees. Let cool before cutting
