Ingredients
- 1 lb very lean ground beef
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 stalks celery sliced
- 1 can corn, drained
- 3-4 carrots sliced
- 3 potatoes diced
- 1 can beef broth
- 4 cups v-8 juice
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Simmer ground beef with onion and celery in beef broth until meat is done and vegetables are tender. Add all other ingredients and heat until boiling. Simmer all day or put in crock pot. Serve with french bread.
