Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 tea. salt
- 1/2 tea. pepper
- 3 cups diced, peeled and cooked potatoes, or frozen diced hash browns, thawed
- 6 oz. grated Swiss cheese
- 4 oz. bacon or ham, diced
- 1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
- 1/2 cup milk

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Generously butter a 9" pie dish.
Whisk eggs, onions, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Add potatoes, cheese, ham or bacon, bell pepper and milk, stirring to blend.
Pour into prepared dish. Bake until set, about 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Cut into wedges.
