Ingredients
- 1 Medium Cabbage
- 1 Large Carrot
- 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
- 2 Tablespoons Grated Onion (maybe a little more)
- 2 Tablespoons White Vinegar
- 1/3 Sugar (maybe a little less)
- 2 1/2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 or 2 Teaspoons Celery Seeds
- 1/4 Teaspoon White Pepper
- 1/2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard

Step 1
In large mixing bowl shred or grate the Cabbage and Carrot. In smaller mixing bowl, make the dressing by adding all the remaining ingredients. Mix well. Stir dressing into vegetables a little at a time, mixing well each time. Always remember that you can always add more dressing, but you can never take any out if you add too much. Place slaw in covered dish and refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours. Overnight is better.
