Ingredients
- 3 c. diced rhubarb
- 1 tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tbsp. water
- 1/3 c. butter
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. rolled oats

Preparation
Step 1
Combine diced, unpeeled rhubarb, flour, sugar, cinnamon, salt and water. Cream butter with flour and brown sugar to make a crumbly mixture and stir in the oats. Sprinkle over rhubarb in greased baking dish.
Bake at 350 F for 40 minutes or until rhubarb is tender and top is golden brown.
