Ingredients
- 6 boned chicken breast3/4 cup melted butter
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 3/4 tsp. Worchestershire sauce
- 21/2 cups soft white bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup Parmeasan cheese
- 1/4 cup parsley flakes

Preparation
Step 1
Dip breast in mixture of : melted butter,garlic powder,dry mustard and worchestershire sauce.
Coat breast well with bread crumbs, cheese and parsley flakes.
Roll breast tightly.
Place in buttered shallow baking pan.
Pour any leftover butter over rolls.
Cover and bake @ 325* for about 11/4 hours, basting once ot twice with surplus butter in pan.
