Ingredients

  • CRUST:
  • 3 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 Cup Flour
  • 1/4 Cup Butter
  • FILLING:
  • 3/4 Cup Chopped Pecans
  • 3/4 Cup Packed Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp melted butter
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • Dash Salt

Preparation

Step 1

Crust:
Mix all 3 ingrediants, knead dough lightly, roll out dough, gently. Cut into 5' circles and press inside greased cupcake holders. 1/2 way up the sides of each, or use a Tart pan.

Filling:
Mix all ingrediants, scoop into unbaked crust, 3/4 full each.

Bake at 350 degrees, 15-20 minutes.

Let cool.
