Ingredients
- 2 ears fresh corn
- 1/2 cup grape tomatoes, halved
- 1 small avocado, cubed
- 2 Tbsp. fine chopped cilantro
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- juice from 1 small lime
- salt and pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Grill corn turning every 3-4 minutes until charred in spots, about 15 minutes.
In a bowl, combine the halved tomatoes, cubed avocado, cilantro and green onion. Cut corn from the cob and add to the bowl.
Whisk together the olive oil and lime juice. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve at room temperature.
