Garlic Jalapeno Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 8-12 jumbo mushrooms
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 3 T. milk
- 4 T. breadcrumbs
- 1 pkg. Pantry Club Gourmet Garlic Jalapeno Appetizer Seasoning

Preparation
Step 1
Soften cream cheese in microwave and then mix with seasoning. Chill mixture for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Remove stems from mushrooms, wash and pat dry.
Fill caps with cream cheese mixture.
Toss mushrooms in milk to coat, then lightly toss mushrooms in breadcrumbs and coat evenly.
Place mushrooms on baking pan, drizzle with melted butter and bake 20-25 minutes. (Option: Sprinkle with shredded cheese.)
Let stand 10 minutes before servings.
