Sweet Potato Bake

Ingredients

• Topping:
• 3 c. yams
• 1/2 c. sugar
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 1/2 c. milk
• 1/4 c. butter
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 c. flour
• 3/4 c. brown sugar
• 1/2 c. butter
• 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Cook potatoes with skins; then peel and mash. mix well with the remaining ingredients. Pour into a 9x13" pan. Add topping.
Topping: Combine all ingredients well and sprinkle over sweet potato mixture. bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
