Monster Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 lb butter
• 2 lb brown sugar
• 4 c sugar
• 12 eggs
• 2 T vanilla
• 1 T white corn syrup
• 3 lbs peanut butter smooth
• 2 T plus 2 t baking soda
• 18 c oatmeal (1 large box plus 3 cups not instant)
• 24 oz chocolate chips
• 1 lb M & MS

Preparation

Step 1

Cream the butter and sugars. Add the 12 eggs, vanilla, corn syrup and the peanut butter. Mix the soda with the oatmeal and add. Stir in the chip and M & MS. Bake 325 for 8 minutes. They will be moist inside, don't over bake.
