Ingredients
- GRAVY:
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 pounds round steak, cut into serving size pieces
- 2 T oil

- 1 medium onion, sliced thinly
- 2 cup water
- 2 T Worcestershire sauce

- 1/4 CUP FLOUR
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1 1/4 cups beef broth or water
- ........................................
- Hot cooked noodles or mashed potatoes

Preparation
Step 1
1. In a shallow bowl, combine flour, salt and pepper. Dredge steak a few pieces at a time. Pound with a mallet to tenderize.
2. In a Dutch oven, brown steak with oil on all sides. Arramge onion slices between layers of meat. Add water and worchestershire sauce. Cover and bake at 325 degrees oven for 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Or until meat is tender. Remove to serving platter.
3. In a small pan bring gravy ingredients to a boil over medium heat and cook for 2 minutes.
