Spinach and Bacon Quiche 1 Picture

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 Cups milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups chopped fresh baby spinach packed
  • 1/2 pound cooked bacon crumbled
  • 1 1/2 Cups shredded Swiss cheese

  • One 9-inch refridgerated piecrust, fitted into a 9 inch plate

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees

2. Combine the eggs, milk, and salt and pepper to taste in a food
processor or blender. Layer the spinach, bacon, and cheese in the
bottom of piecrust, then pour the egg mixture on top.

3. Bake for 35-45 minutes, until the egg mixture is set. Cut into 8
wedges.
