Ingredients
- 14 1/2 oz. Chicken Broth
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1/2 t. Italian seasoning
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/8 t. pepper
- 10 oz. spinach--chopped
- 1/2 c. yogurt
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
mix flour, broth, seasoning, garlic, and pepper until smooth.
Add Spinach
cook until bubbling and thick, stirring constantly
Remove from heat. Stir in yogurt and tomato.
Serve over past of choice
