Sausage 'n' Sauerkraut
By Addie
Three young children involved in different activities keep Mary Lyon running year-round in Spotsylvania, Virginia. “I created this tasty quick-and-easy dish so I can throw it together in no time on those extra-busy nights,” she says. (Quick Cooking)
MY NOTES: I sauteed a slice of bacon first and cooked the potatoes and onions in the fat, then I crumbled up the crisp bacon and served it on the dinner.
