Ingredients
- 8 oz. Pepperidge Farm Stuffing
- 2 lbs. zucchini
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- 1 stick of margerine
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
Details
Preparation
Step 1
In water, cook squash, carrot, and onion until soft (about 5 min.)
Melt butter and mix in with stuffing.
Press 1/2 of stuffing in bottom of 9"x13" pan or casserole dish.
Place drained vegetables over the stuffing in pan.
Spread sour cream and then soup over vegetables.
Top with remaining stuffing mix.
Bake at 350º for 30 min.
