Ingredients
- 1 c. butter, cubed
- 1 c. water
- 1/4 c. cocoa
- 2 c. all purpose flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 t. baking soda
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- Icing
- 1/2 c. butter, cubed
- 1/4 c. plus 2 T. milk
- 3 T. cocoa
- 3 3/4 c. confectioners sugar
- 1 t. vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
In large saucepan bring butter, water and cocoa to boil. Remove from heat and combine flour, sugar, sode and salt. Add to cocoa mixture. Stir in sour cream. Stir until smooth. Pour into 15x10 baking pan. Bake 350 18-25 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Set on wire rack to start cooling.
Icing: In small sauce pan melt butter, add milk and cocoa. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and whisk in confectioners sugar and vanilla until smooth. Pour over warm cake. Cool completely on wire rack.
