  • 1/2 Pkg of Bread Crumbs
  • 1 Onion, Chopped
  • 6 Stalks of Celery, Chopped
  • Raisins
  • Mushrooms, Sliced
  • 1 Stick of Butter
  • Poultry Seasoning
  • Ground Sage
  • Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together in large bowl bread crumbs, celery, mushrooms and raisins. Saute` onion in stick of butter. Pour over bread crumbs. After boiling the neck and gizzards for about 1 - 1 1/2 hours, use some of the water from them to moisten the stuffing. Add your seasonings. Stuff your turkey neck and put sack in cavity. Fill with dressing.
