Easy Shepherd's Pie

Ingredients

• 1 lb ground beef
• 2 C hot mashed potatoes (1 pkg instant boxed)
• 4 oz cream cheese
• 1 C shredded cheese
• 2 cloves garlic, or minced dried garlic
• 4 C frozen mixed vegetables
• 1 C beef gravy

Preparation

Step 1

Heat Oven to 375 degrees. Brown meat in large skillet; drain. Mix potatoes, cream cheese, 1/2 C cheddar cheese and garlic until well blended. Combine meat, thawed vegetables and gravy; spoon into 9 in square baking dish. Cover with potato mixture and remaining cheddar cheese. Bake 20 minutes or until heated through.
