Barbecued Bear Loin
- 2 pounds bear tenderloin sliced 1/2" thick
- Your favorite barbecue sauce
Grill the tenderloin slices 30 minutes over hot coals with wet hickory chips added atop the coals for smoke flavor.
Place in a single layer in a 9- by 13-inch pan. Cover with barbecue sauce, and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
