Full of rich chocolate these Triple Chocolate Cake Mix Cookies have become one of my families favorites. They also make the perfect cookie mix in a jar hostess gift, teacher gift or neighbor gift.

Ingredients

• 1 chocolate fudge cake mix
• 2 eggs
• 1/3 cup vegetable oil
• 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
• 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Mix together the cake mix, eggs and oil until combined.
Stir in both types of chocolate chips.
Use an ice cream scoop to scoop cookies.
Leave dough in mounds.
Only place 6 per cookie sheet.
For a Chewy Cookie bake 10 to 12 minutes.
For a Crunchy Cookie bake 12 to 15 minutes.
Transfer to a wire cooling rack.
