Ingredients
- 1 lb mild Italian sausage, sliced
- 5 eggs
- 1 10-oz pkg frozen chopped spinach, drained
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella
- 2/3 cup ricotta
- 1 shallot, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 pkg refrigerated pie crusts
- 1 egg slightly beaten with 1 T water

Preparation
Step 1
Hat oven to 375. Line 9" pie plate with 1 crust. Brown sausage. In large bowl, combine first nine ingredients. Spoon mixture into prepared crust. Top with remaining curst; seal edges, vent top. Brush with egg/water mixture. Bake 1 hr, 15 min. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
