Ingredients

  • 2 c. graham wafer crumbs
  • 5 tbsp. melted butter
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 tbsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. fresh berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries etc.)
  • 1 c. whip cream - whipped

Preparation

Step 1

Mix crumbs and butter and press into buttered 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 for 6 - 7 minutes and cool.

In large mixing bowl beat egg whites and beat in vanilla.

In separate bowl mix sugar and berries.

Add berry mix to egg white mix and beat at high speed for 12 - 15 minutes.

Fold in whipped whip cream and spread over cooled crumbs.

Freeze atleast 24 hours.

Remove from freezer 5 - 10 minutes before serving.
