Bonnie's Sugar Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 c. powdered sugar
• 1 c. granulated sugar
• 2/3 c. margarine
• 1 c. vegetable oil
• 2 eggs
• 1 t. vanilla
• 4 c. flour
• 1/2 t salt
• 2/3 t. baking soda
• 1 t. cream of tartar

Preparation

Step 1

Cream sugars, margarine, and oil until light and fluffy.
Add eggs and vanilla. Mix well.

Sift dry ingredients, mix into above mixture.

Roll into small balls. Press down with a glass dipped in sugar.

Bake at 375 for 10 minutes
