Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb gizzards
- 1/2 c AP flour
- 1 1/2 T seasoning salt
- Veg oil

Step 1
Prep gizzards-remove excess fat, gristle & wash in cold water.
Place gizzards in pot of cold water; bring to rollng boil & cook for 15 minutes. Drain and allow to cool completely.
Combine flour & seasoning salt in zip bag. Shake well.
Heat oil in heavy skillet; should be deep enough to cover gizzards. Coat gizzards & fry in batches without overcrowding until brown. Turn heat to med & cook additional 10 minutes. Remove and drain.
