Ingredients
- 1 large egg beaten
- 1/2 c milk
- 3/4 c flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp cayenne
- 8 oz conch meat
- 1/2 onion diced
- 1/2 green pepper diced
- 2 stalks celery diced
- 2 cloves garlic minced

Preparation
Step 1
Whisk together 1st 6 ingredients. Stir in conch and next 4 ingredients.
Pour oil to depth of 5 in and heat to 500. Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls into hot oil. and fry 4-5 min. Drain on paper towels.
Dipping sauce-
1/2 c ketchup
1/4 c lime juice
1/4 c mayo
1/4 c hot sauce
