Ingredients

  • 1 10-oz pkg frozen, chopped spinach
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3/4-1 cup milk or cream
  • Nutmeg to taste (just a dash)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cook spinach; drain well of all excess water.(Squeeze!)

2. Make a white sauce with the flour, butter and milk.

3. Add spinach to white sauce, sprinkle with nutmeg, salt
and pepper and mix well.

4. Heat in microwave till bubbly hot. Serve.
